Who I am and my approach:
I’m Renee Swasey, my passion is to help those overwhelmed with where to start with their health, providing insight on what your body needs to regain health.
Since 1994 I have continued to expand my education in natural health, achieving many certifications such as Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, Naturopathic Practitioner, Functional Blood Work Specialist, Christian Life Coach, Medical Massage Therapist, and more.
It’s my practical hands-on, customized approach to working with each individual to achieve change and transformation is where accomplishment comes from rather than a certificate hanging on my wall. Yes, education and training are essential, but knowing the person and their lifestyle is equally essential to me, in addition to correlating lab results for an overall view of what’s happening in that body of yours and a healing opportunity to renew your life!

Basic Foundation Session - ................$175 (Sessions are via Zoom or in person)

With the Basic Foundation Session, you will complete two thorough forms that will show what systems of the body are imbalanced and need support. The systems are hormone, immune, digestion, detoxification, energy production, and nervous system. Then what lifestyle changes can be made to balance systems with diet, rest, exercise, stress reduction and supplements. Forms are filled out before a scheduled 1 hour session which consists of a review of forms and suggested protocol.
Nutritional & Functional Blood Lab Consults - ........................... $197 (Sessions are via Zoom or in person)
All forms and blood work must be completed and obtained before the initial consult.
For those who want answers and great for those who don't know where to start (A do it yourself program)

CBC W DIFFERENTIAL
COMPREHENSIVE METABOLIC PANEL
AND optional IRON PANEL, THYROID PANEL (TSH,FT4, FT3,TPO & THYROGLOBULIN), LIPID PANEL,VITAMIN D, HsCRP,
BLOOD GLUCOSE, A1C,HORMONES (all) (optional, not needed until later in protocol)
Consult consists of:
1) Review of labs
2) Hour Zoom consultation
3) Customized 3-month protocol
4) Access via email with questions

In these sessions, we will continue to work and assess how you are doing on your current protocol, and make any necessary changes. I will address any questions or concerns you may have and provide you with emotional/spiritual support in a safe and comfortable environment.
